How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your BizParta account and associated data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your full name as registered in the app
- Email address associated with your BizParta account
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your account deletion request:
- We will send a confirmation email within 2 business days.
- We will verify your identity as the account owner.
- Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Data Retention and Deletion
Types of Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Personal profile information (name, contact details)
- User-generated content and documents
- Business financial records
- Account preferences and settings
- Authentication information
Types of Data That May Be Retained:
- Anonymized usage statistics
- Information required for legal compliance and audit purposes
- Transaction records required by law
Retention Period
Even after account deletion, certain data may be retained for the following periods:
- Financial transaction records: 7 years (as required by tax laws)
- Legal compliance records: As required by applicable laws
- Anonymized analytics data: Indefinitely (contains no personal identifiers)
